Hi.

I'm trying to make freevo boot up automagically. First, I must say that I'm
forced to use vesa, so I have no xv extension, unless somebody tells me how
to use xv with vesa.
If I just start xdm and run mplayer, I can see my videos. -zoom and -fs work
fine too. If I start xdm and then freevo, mplayer still works. I have '-fs
-zoom' in the mplayer-vo options in local_conf.py. But if I boot in freevo,
it doesn't work.
I have 'sudo startx' in freevo's .bash_profile, and 'freevo' in .xinitrc. This
way, freevo boots ok. I have no local_conf.py in root's $HOME, so I'm sure
I'm not running it as root and missing any configuration. What do you use to
boot your freevo box?

 Alberto
