You should have google'd for this yourself, but to make you

You need to add at least the card=42 option when inserting
the saa7134 module into the kernel. For testing purposes
you can of course insert the module manually:

 rmmod saa7134
 modprobe saa7134 card=42

Check with dmesg afterwards. To get a list of parameters simply
type

 modinfo saa7134

No. Using that setup a separate sound device /dev/dsp1 should
show up in your device folder if you're using devfs. If not you
have to create it on your own:

 mknod /dev/dsp1 c 14 19

and for the additional mixer

 mknod /dev/mixer1 c 14 16
