When I use this plugin mplayer doesn't cache the trailers at all.  Is
there a way to tell just this plugin to cache say 25% of the content
before starting to play?  If that would be possible that would be
great.  Of course, a nice progress bar would be nice while doing that
although that may not be possible.  The behaviour I'm looking for
would be similar to how mplayerplug-in for gecko-based browsers in
Linux works.

If there's a way I can implement this in my localconf I wasn't able to
find it.  I looked at the code any there were no such constants I saw
that did what I wanted.  Also it would be nice to be able to specify
for the plugin whether xine or mplayer should be used.

Nice plugin by the way.  Keep up the good work!
