You need to get a copy of the ivtv kernel driver and load it.  It is not
part of the official kernel, and it is not packaged with Fedora Core.
(As far as I know.)

I use version 0.2.0_rc3-r1 with kernel 2.6.8 (patched for VIA EPIA
M10000-II).  I am running gentoo though, so I can't help you too much
with the Fedora Core side of things.
