Right I applied the patches sent to the list for python2.4 (tv & mixer)
both seem to work without any problems. The system I tested on is only
just set up. I've reenabled most of the plugins normally used and tested
as much functionality as I could within time constraints and I didn't
find any other errors, well no tracebacks definately. I've had a problem
with the coversearch plugin failing on an atrribute error but I need to
look into this more as I think it happed on 2.3 (works on audio cds not
on mp3 collection on fat32). I guess a release candidate is next but
I'll leave that up to the real developers.
