i have been working on an iPod related python program to do a cddb
lookup of a bunch of tracks, rename them based on said lookup. Would
this be of interest from the freevo people?
So, the idea is, take a dir, look up the cddb entry, get proper id3
tags, if that fails try to be smart about it based on the id3 tags (Like
the current cover search) then fix the tags and rename the songs???
First of all, i am in the learning python phase, thus the real goal of
said code. Second, i don't really know freevo all that well and would
want help with the hooks aspect. Basically, i take a dir name and
return a list of probable matches. Thrid, it does some of what i
want, but i am still working on the reg expression stuff to match track
name to freedb outptu
