thanks for answer. anyway i getted work just now. now tvguide works and by pressing enter it show something.
Solution: Needed to compile and install _all_ python modules by hand to get rid from errors. and needed make symlink to use python 2.3 instead mixed 2.2/2.3. Only thing what not needed compile was python itself lol. that was only one what worked from RPM. lot of work if needed, but system is Fedora 1 (needed kernel 2.4/XFree couse ATI tvout not work on other versions.) i may write some doc for that later. Can anyone repair at documents, the freevo will NOT work at fedora core 1 if install from rpm:s. needed to compile/install by hand lot of packets. :) 2005/7/16, Bastian Farkas <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > looks a lot like you are having the same problem as some other guy last > week or so. check our posts on this thread: > http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=7685836&forum_id=9234 > > if you cant find any helpful answers, come back and tell us your system > specs in detail, what distribution you use and which freevo version. > > > Riku B wrote: > > >Hi all, > > > >Problem, cannot wach TV. > >freevo crashes > > > >thanks already for any help. > > > >LOG: > > > >------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > >Freevo start at Sat Jul 16 19:43:10 2005 > >------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > > >Error: TV_RECORD_DIR not set > >Please set TV_RECORD_DIR to the directory, where recordings should be stored > >or remove the tv plugin.
