IIRC that has nothing to do with full-featured. The difference is that
a full-featured card can decode mpeg. Even worse: the full-featured
card tries to do something with the stream and maybe that is
wrong. Budget cards can access everything from the stream (try
dvbsnoop). In fact, you can receive the teletext, but it is an extra
stream and not inside the video as NextEPG expects.
