Strange, I don't know about that E8de channel? Last time I used a
frequency table I needed to patch generic_record.py to return the
frequency in Mhz not Khz. I don't have that patch to hand but someone
posted a similar solution to the Wiki
http://freevo.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/doc/Analoguefreq? Please reply if
this patch still applies as it should be added to the upcoming 1.5.5
release.
I did the conversion in the recordtv.sh file as a simple bash script. I like this solution more because I don't want to edit a program (if a new release comes, I must make the changes again).

Now I know the problem better: freevo semms to cache the configuration and uses still an old version at some time. I don't have any other versions of local_conf.py on my computer but recent changes on the configuration file doesn't do anything (I changed a wrong xmltv identifier (rtl.de) to the correct (rtl.ch) and freevo hasn't accepted it. But if I delete the file, it comlains about a missing file.

Think this is the one your looking for /var/cache/freevo/TV.xml.pickled
