I still hope so. There are some major things to do before that:

a. kaa.epg2
b. move webserver out of freevo.ui
c. move some helpers to freevo.tvserver
d. clean up imports in freevo.ui
e. kaa.vfs
f. kaa.canvas

Nice to have:

g. configure freevo using the webserver
h. more features in the webserver
i. activate more broken plugins

Not much visible major changes. Freevo looks more or less the
same. Even worse: some plugins don't work with Freevo 2.0 yet. The
only major change you can see is a much more powerfull recordserver.
