I figured that that was the problem. I do not have X installed.
Last time I installed 2.0, I didn't need X. Is there anyway around
this without installing X?

Don't you have X installed?
Or X devel (sometime xorg-x11-sdk/xorg-x11-server-sdk)
He uses gentoo, he always has header files installed. But I guess we
need some sort of testing if X11 is installed and only build the
X11Display if it is, the DFB/FB displays should work without. Someone
here without X installed to do this?
