I didn't have much luck with this. It saved the stream, but pause and rewind 
did not work unless I loaded the stream from the file.

I've not looked at 2.0 yet, I've got as far as getting the sources from SVN. 
Does 2.0 already have a solution for live TV pause/rewind?
Hopefully you can still use Xine for live TV in 2.0 as Xine does all the work 
of parsing the PMT for the correct audio and video PIDs as well as the 
Electronic Program Guide and subtitles.
I'll try to get 2.0 going on my machine as soon as I get time.
