That's the problem with the fb device unless you're using DirectFB
with accelerated drivers.  You need a really fast CPU to decode and
display anything at full screen.  You might be better off if you
display at a smaller resolution like 640x480, but other than that, all
you can really do is get a faster CPU if you want to use the fb with
your current hardware.
