Hi again, uhm, I never had any problem with this. I simply have the standard CDROM entry in fstab. Freevo detects the cdrom from it during startup (does yours?) and then it simply monitors eject/insert events on that drive. For example, being at the main menu, inserting a DVD disc starts to play a few seconds later. Inserting an AudioCD, causes the menu to jump to the audio section, and so on.
