i don't dare telling you otherwise, but "negotiate codec" is definetly no network problem. ;) you need to look into the compression the server uses, set it to raw or something basic all vnc clients can understand and try again. if you use tightvnc as a client use it as a server too! br florian ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
