While I was doing some updates to the reencode plug-in, there are some skin changes that I had to do too. I noticed that the skins have a "not idlebar" attribute and it led me to think that it might be possible to adjust the skins when the button bar is active. Just not yet discovered how "not idlebar" is set. May be you would like to investigate the possibility.
