Hi, Just wanted to post this in case others find it useful. I'm using df_xine for playback on a tv through a matrox g450 card. Basically if you think you are seeing deinterlacing problems on your output and you've been using the -d switch to enable xine's deinterlacing this could actually be causing you the problem (or at least adding to the problem). From this thread http://mail.directfb.org/pipermail/directfb-users/2005-September/000588.html I came up with the follow args for perfect output on a pal tv which makes me happy :)
