Duncan, how did you know that was the problem?  I changed my geometry
setting from 800x600 to 1024x768 and voila, full screen?

I will certainly look at vls, and thank you.  
My original thought was to link from my own internal homepage (within my
home network) to the freevo page (on port 8080).  WIth that said, I
would like to turn OFF a few tabs i.e. the record server tab.

I think I miss-read this one.  I thought there was a utility to rip an
audio CD right in freevo.  I think it is referring to DVD Ripping.  My
bad.
