Don´t know if helps, but..
- locate Arial_Bold.ttf (check you really have it)
- have a look at permissions on file...
Check files at /usr/share/fonts/truetype and /usr/share/freevo/fonts and check
also the user executing freevo can read (at least) the fonts....
Can´t help you any more.... sorry.
In the default local_conf.py template, is set: OSD_FONT_ALIASES = {
'arial_bold.ttf' : 'VeraBd.ttf' }
And I think in my case is running from: -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 58K 2003-08-15
21:13 /usr/share/freevo/fonts/VeraBd.ttf
(so as you see, all the users can read it)
Copy your Arial_Bold.ttf file at /usr/share/freevo/fonts/ and give it 644
permissions to run a test and have a look....
