In the main menu it just ejects the first detected or configured drive.
My reason to code my patch is that I don't use a remote. I use my mobile phone and I think i'll use your method there. My girlfriend uses the Apple IR that has only 6 buttons. The direction arrows, play and menu. With so few keys I need the menu entries. I have thought better and I think the correct way should be to code an item plugin that adds the "Eject" action to the drives instead of patching the core files. I think this evening I'll go that way.
