I guess there must not be that many people using podcasts. Thanks for 
the replies so far though. I'll put up a page on the wiki and hopefully 
people will add to it over time. I've just come across this 
http://www.podcastingireland.ie/directory-details-34.html which has a 
nice directory of podcasts with categories.
