So it looks like there were two things:
- the DVD I've ripped were not "well done", mminfo did not return data.
  I've just redone it with another tool and now the information are
  found ny mminfo.
- then I had to set "XINE_HAS_NO_LIRC = False".

Now the DVD iso are started correctly.
