Hi I'm working on a vlc plugin for the live pause plugin and I want/need to call a function once or twice a minute. I want to send a command to vlc to be read by the plugin. this works but I'm not sure the best way to call it. the purpose of the function is to update amount of subtitles and audio tracks that my get updated from time to time with different shows. should I put an `if time.time() % 60 == 0:' in the event loop or use another method.
