i use python-json with debian (so easy apt-get install python-json) i don't
know about another distros, but i could say you what files install

i have flickr's friend called eseloko, i join in www.flickr.com/eseloko

i understand "id" is so hard understand, the easy way for get it, is visting
a user and in suscribe' s links: lastest, geeofeed, kml.. have a id=,
maybe i will do a some change in plug-in for use /username and don't id
about your petition, send email to list with address and i can do a patch
