Hi,

I am having a couple issue with a recent reinstall of Freevo. I am using
Ubuntu 7.10 and Freevo 1.7.8:

1. The recordserver stopped recoding. Any scheduled items create a
.fxd file, but no .avi file. Here is the debug log from the recordserver:

2. The webserver is spewing data to the terminal. If I log out of the
user that started it, the webserver crashes. For instance, if I click on
the "TV Guide" tab, the following is displayed on the terminal:

auth_user(self, username="jon", password="******")

formValue(self, form="{}", key="stime")

formValue(self, form="{}", key="day")

formValue(self, form="{}", key="offset")

printHeader(self, title="TV Guide", style="styles/main.css",
script="scripts/display_prog-head.js", selected="TV Guide", prefix="0")

tableOpen(self, opts="")

tableRowOpen(self, opts="class="chanrow"")

tableCell(self, data="<form>Time:&nbsp;<select name="day">

And it keeps going, showing an entry for each item in the TV Listings. If I
the use out of the console and click a link on the web page, the following
shows up:

My guess would be I have permissions problems for both issues, but I am
unsure what or where. Can anyone give me a hand?

Thanks!
