Hello,

I'm trying to install freevo (1.7 or 1.8 if possible) on ubuntu gutsy 7.1 and I
have some trouble

According to http://doc.freevo.org/FreevoAptUbuntu, 1.8 package are broken so
the trick is to install broken package to have all dependencies, remove freevo
(but not the dependencies) and install old version (1.7) of freevo using debian
repository

But when I add this repositories to my source.list
deb http://ubuntu.geole.info/ gutsy universe multiverse
deb-src http://ubuntu.geole.info/ gutsy universe multiverse
I have 404 not found error during aptitude update.

So I have tried to install freevo from source according to hardy heron
installation (http://doc.freevo.org/FreevoAptUbuntu), but an another problem
python-pylirc and w32codecs don't exist for gutsy....

Help

Freevo is realy great but since 1.8 installation is a nightmare

Yoann
