Hi My idea was to use the squeezecenter db for playing and searching music within freevo. So freevo would be a kind of squeeze client. My experience is that freevo is not good in playing music randomly. When I start to play music randomly, freevo starts playing songs from different albums, but at a specific point it just continues playing the songs from one album :-(.
I also expect some performance enhencement using the squeezecenter database instead of the filesystem and cache functionality from freevo. But I'm not sure with this point as I'm using a VIA mini-itx board. Maybe using squeezecenter features like webradio, favorites, maybe others, would be nice to have.
