Hello freevoers,

I set up a new freevo-box based on ubuntu 8.04 with a 1.8.3 freevo on
it. Most things are fine so far.
Only thing is, the headlines are not displayed. I was using the 1.7
freevo earlier, where the headlines worked out fine.

All rss feeds I was trying are not working.

I boiled it down to the default example.

HEADLINES_LOCATIONS = [
("Top Stories", "http://rss.news.yahoo.com/rss/topstories";),
("Most Emailed", "http://rss.news.yahoo.com/rss/mostemailed";),
("Word of the Day", "http://www.dictionary.com/wordoftheday/wotd.rss";),
("Digg", "http://digg.com/rss/index.xml";),
("Slashdot", "http://slashdot.org/index.rss";),
("Anime BitTorrents", "http://www.downloadanime.org/torrentrss.php";) ]

Does not work either.

How does freevo fetch the headlines?
I tried to check if python url grabbers that are used in headlines.py
 are installed.
Looked good.

Any idea?

Kind regards
Cornelius
