Nothing, This is a bug. On my setup zoneminder is on the root directory of the 
server : http://zone:80/ (the directory on the server is /)
But on you setup, (http://linux:8024/zm) the directory is /zm.

My plugin try to fetch monitor pictures on / and you get a 404 not found 
error.

I will reproduce this setup on my server and provide a patch.
