Short Answers:
Freevo 1.9, no

Freevo 2.0, yes

Longer answer:

One of the design differences, is that freevo 2 will have a TV
"server" backend, or at least that was in the plans last time I looked
it over. For freevo 1.9 the closet thing you really have is using a
VLC. Freevo does know how to stream to VLC, but TV takes a bit of
setup. If you just want to control Freevo from the clients then the
Web remote might do what you want.
