I recently upgraded my freevo player with fedora 11, which comes with xine-lib
1.1.16.
I have an Nvidia FX6200 series video card.
MPlayer works fine for mpegs and dvds, but I'm having trouble with xine and I
want xine for DVD play.

I realize this question probably should go to the xine user's list, but that
list is so quiet.
I'm wondering if anyone has encountered and resolved this issue.

I've tried multiple versions of the nvidia driver, but all result in the same.
Using -V xv, xxmc, xvmc, all result in the same.

My current version of nvidia is:

cat /proc/driver/nvidia/version
NVRM version: NVIDIA UNIX x86 Kernel Module 185.18.36 Fri Aug 14 17:18:04 PDT
2009
GCC version: gcc version 4.4.1 20090725 (Red Hat 4.4.1-2) (GCC)

Does anyone know what this error message is?
Is this an Xorg issue or an NVIDIA issue?

xine dvd:// --verbose results in:
