That is a rather old version and does not work anymore due to major changes in the layout of the web sites it uses. You must now use at least version 0.5.55 . It's completely useless. The configuration file is just a list of the channels IDs you want to actually grab among those known. If tv_grab_it cannot find a channel by itself, it will neither be able to download the corresponding data, even if it's included in your conf file. Just have your version upgraded.
