Hey, i don't know if you are aware but the LinuxTag is closing its call for papers today. While i was putting in our submissions for openSUSE i was thinking that i might want to push the freevo 1.x talk I repeatedly held in the openSUSE room the last couple of years to the big main track. They are specifically asking for Video talks in the CVP and the text mentions media centers. So there is a good chance it goes in. The talk would be a user oriented talk explaining the goals/vision (reusing tools, modular, hackable etc.) for freevo while showing off the features of 1.x. Are you guys okay with this? Would anyone be interested in joining me?
