Well, I went back to an older backup of the whole system prior to
updating the whole system (it's a debian unstable box, which I'm not
updating too often...), because of some annoying things I noticed.
I'll stick with the older version of the system right now.

But I updated freevo to 1.x svn (from today) plus kaa from today.

I'm currently not seeing this error anymore. Viewing with dvbstremaer
works fine now. But quitting does not. But that seems to be related to
another error I'm now seeing (starting a different thread).

So, I'll post back here, if I see the problem again.
