Hi again.
I answer to myself. I still don't know how to trick freevo but I got a
working version of mplayer2.
short guide:
To get the git repository:
git clone
git://git.mplayer2.org/mplayer2-build.git<git://git.mplayer2.org/mplayer2-build.git>
cd mplayer2-build
./init--shallow <-- this gets the whole source code
play with mplayer-options, if you want, and then:
make -j 6
make install <- build as usual
Now, the trick is, before init, you must:
git reset --hard 6da38f
This will take you to the point before the commit that changed libpostproc
and vf:pp stopped working. They say that with and external libpostproc it
should work, but it doesn't for me. After this, init, make, etc, as before.
But remember not to update mplayer2 again.
see you
Alberto
