Just as it does with a standard Linux server, the load average of a server
running FreeVSD is entirely dependant on things like website hit-rate,
mail throughput, CGI resource-hunger, etc, etc.  There's really no way of
saying what a 'usual' load average is since it depends on an asynchronous,
external variable - the 'user'.

FreeVSD on its own takes up very little in the way of resources, and will
have little impact on your server load unless it's being hammered with
requests.
