I've done an install of cyrus imap before, but this info is going off
memory from about 18 months ago.
You need to fix the virtual server creation scripts to create the
appropriate mail spool directories /var/imap and /var/spool/cyrus (IIRC).
You'll also need to create your own version of sendmail.cf --- since procmail
is replaced by cyrus's own delivery agent --- and put it in your site
skel-repo, along with a empty copy of /etc/sasl.db.
