vsd-refreshskel.pl should be used with extreme caution. Expect to have to do
some tinkering for it to match your installation situation. It basically
'syncs' the contents of the skel with the software installed on the hosting
server and then does the necessary re-linking into all the virtual servers
(which must have been stopped). It does the same as deleting your skel and
then executing vsd-genskel.pl but, crucially, it doesn't require you to then
recreate all your virtual servers. The problems arise because of the
difference between some packages on the hosting server and within the skel.
If the vsd-specific skel versions are over-written (the code attempts to
ensure this doesn't happen) it will break all your virtual servers and you
will have fix things manually.
