vsd-refreshskel.pl does not work correctly

Hello,       I tried running the skel refresh script on a Redhat 7 system but it does not update the changes that I make in /usr/share/freevsd/skel-repo/etc. Also it destroys all the virtual servers. After running the script and starting the virtual servers again certain commands are no longer there. Two of them are "ls" and "rm". Am I doing something wrong or is the script not complete yet?       -Matt
