Look in /etc/freevsd.conf (or it might be /etc/vsd.conf but I dont think so)
At the bottom, it should have a line saying
$add_ons='/usr/share/freevsd/pkgs';
Just change that and vsd-genskel.pl should install those RPMs into the skel.
