You need to alter part of the webadmin scripts to connect to your MySQL
database (exactly /which/ part will be outlined in the
documentation).  The error you're getting suggets that this hasn't been
done properly - or that your MySQL database permissions aren't set up to
allow access from the host on which the script runs.
