It should prove useful in the future - but really the sort of thing I
want is to simply limit how much bandwidth is allocated to an IP address
range (e.g. only give a maximum of 500Kbps to the address range
192.168.0.*).  By this I mean bandwidth capping for any usage (e.g.
downloads, ftp, usernet, BearShare, etc.)

It's just I think the guys in the office will get a bit carried away
with our new hi-speed link and I don't want them saturating the line
that's gonna be using our virtual servers!
