The scripts you refer to are using the old naming convention. Changing any
refernces of mod_webdns/webdns to mod_bind/bind would be a move in the right
direction. They hadn't been enabled because we haven't yet gone through this
renaming process and tested them thoroughly - so there is no guarantee they
will work yet.
