You don't need to base any RPMs on a FreeVSD release. Applications that
used to run on a server with FreeVSD 1.3.0 still run on the same server
with FreeVSD 1.4.8.
Your only difficulty comes from having RPMs that link with libvsd.a,
for which there are only a couple and they are supplied with the various
FreeVSD releases.
