Thanks for the warning! I had talked with CI Host at the ISPCon in Baltimore, and they seemed to be trying pretty hard (something I respect), but from the posts on webhostingtalk, it seems that the trying is only going on in the marketing department (something I hate...if you don't have a solid product offering, you should be quite about it until you've worked out the bugs). I expect I'll find an alternative for my new colo boxes (we've been at www.hostme.com for a couple of years now, but can't afford to expand with them, though service has been mostly very solid and friendly). Will learn lots from webhostingtalk.com, I'm sure...
