frontpage permissions

Hi

how have people dealt with frontpage permissions on a VS. On a normal server
install we would give ownership to the user.group that runs httpd, such as
'nobody.nobody' so thats 'web.web' on a VS. But when we do this we get the
usual frontpage error message when trying to publish a web to the VS that
says no author permissions.

So, if anyone can give me an ls -al of their docs directory with FP
extensions installed it may help
