Web based administration

Dear Friends:
I�m looking for the WEB BASED administration scripts.

If some one have this, please, tell me how i can get a copy of them.

Also i need a good USER MANUAL for free VSD.

I review all site, and the only thing that i found was the Early Adopter
Program (EAP) Support, i apply for this, but i have no anwer at this time.

I hope to somebody can help me.
