Thanx for the help. I had given a '/' at the end as /home/vsd/vs/<vsname>/
and that produced the error.

Yes, it is possible. The VS field should be filled with
/home/vsd/vs/<vsname> and the host field with the FQDN of the hosting
server.

Subject: freeVSD webadmin
Hi everyone,
I am very new to freeVSD. I have installed VSD on a server X.Y.129.147 and
created a VS with IP X.Y.129.138 which is working fine. Now I am trying to
install the admin scripts on a separate machine. I have few doubts here. Is
it necessary to have the admin proggie on the same machine where freeVSD is
installed? or is it possible to manage all the virtual servers on different
machines from a single admin page? what should be the data in the 'vs' field
of 'vs' table?
I get error ' VSD I/O : Comms Error line 1: VS parsing ' from all the links
on the admin page.
Thanks in advance,
Regina.
