If you intend to generate your own skel and use the provided addon packages you must upgrade your version of rpm on the hosting server using rpm-3.0.5-9.6x.i386.rpm (do a search on google to track down a copy). If you are just starting to use freeVSD I would recommend using the pre-built skels we have made available. Note that the INSTALL document indicates you should generate your skel prior to running vsd-install.pl. This ensures that any skels you have created are automatically detected and added to vsd.conf. If you subsequently create further skels they must be registered using a 'vsdadm part_skeladd ...' command.

Subject: More info. about my problem

Here is the error that I receive after the creation af a new skel:
error: failed dependencies:
        kernel-headers   is needed by glibc-devel-2.1.3-15
        kernel-headers >= 2.2.1 is needed by glibc-devel-2.1.3-15
        rpmlib(VersionedDependencies) <= 3.0.3-1 is needed by openssh-2.9p1-1
        rpm >= 3.0.5 is needed by openssh-2.9p1-1
        rpmlib(VersionedDependencies) <= 3.0.3-1 is needed by openssh-server-2.9
p1-1

--*--
    Maybe it has any relation with the problems that I have when I try to create a new virtual server (as I wrote before...).
    I am waiting some help.
    Thank you.
