Redhat 7.1 Skels

Hi all, new to freevsd and just trying to use Redhat 7.1 with a prebuilt skel.  The page says to get this file.   ftp://ftp.freevsd.org/freevsd/skels/freevsd-skel-1.4.9-1rh7.tar.bz2   which does not exist?  Where can I get this file.  All I can find is a redhat 6.x skel.  I prefer to use 7.1 and not compile it on the machine.  Any help would be appreciated.   Thanks, Matt Heaton
